Get together party on-spot with Indian tasty foods, kosha mangsho, roti (chapatis), cucumber & onion salad with dhaniya patta ki Chatni!

The days running fast, when then weekend gets lost I can't understand. As the week start from a lots of "khawa-dawa" i mean, I got many invitations such as to participate in marriage ceremony of my relatives. But as my job have no off excluding Sunday, so I can't attend some of them.

The most memorable day was for me that is Monday as because when I came from office and gather in the friends circle for a moment, where we have planned for a feast or which I mean in bengali "Khawa-dawa". And it was not for post dated, it's for that day and that time i mean on spot.

The programmed schedule at spot. We have contributed Rs. 50/- each, there were 7 friends where contributed and one of them arranged the "Kosha mangsho" a type of meat, which is really delicious taste, as he done well in past in such occassions, so we had given the charged for the same to do this job. He prepared it and also with "Dhaniya Pata Chatni", "Special Salad of Sasa & Pyaaz (Cucumber & Onion)" and we arranged the readymade "Roti" from "Kohinoor Hotel".

The occasion / get-together party was really good and we have enjoyed it in winter season and i think it was more pleasant rather than attend a marriage party. 

Journey to Tatanagar from Durgapur

"Paani se pyaas na bujhi to maykhane ki taraf chal nikla, socha shikayat karu khuda se, khuda bhi tera ashique nikla". After 5 second again "Paani se pyaas na bujhi to....." I got up from the bed, who calling me in early morning. I puzzled a bit by this call, suddenly wake up and received the call. I forget really forget about that, I will have to go Tatanagar and caller was my colleague, because it was settle at last night. Who will also go with me there. It was 3:38 am. I started to prepare myself for the journey from Durgapur to Tatanagar or Jamshedpur.

It was first time I have enjoyed the winter's early morning in Durgapur and it was just possible because of journey to Jamshedpur, otherwise I used to wake up after sunris. This is not my daily routine, because I have started the morning walk in early morning, but the way the winter came its not happening from the last 2 weeks.

Finished my preparation and ready to go. I reached at the bus stop, where our rented car will arrive. After a few minutes the car arrive and we go to the destination place.

It was my first time to go this beautiful city. I was so exited to see especially TATA's factory. But unfortunately we have no much time to waste there as because we have to return early that day. We reach at Bistupur at 9:30 am. After returning from the work it was already 4 pm. And there was no scope to see the TATA's factory also we were feeling a bit tired and after a big journy of 6 hours and also had to return at home town. But atleast I see the beautiful city. Atleast I saw the beautiful park namely Jubilee Park from the way to Mango in running conding of car.

The wedding season in winter at Durgapur

I was much busy after starting this week. The work pressure is too high and too hectic. And also the week start with wedding as this is known as the wedding season in India and the Durgapur is looking like a wedding city this winter. My surrouding area are well decorated with wedding pandals and decoration also modern type. Every part of my surrounding area are lightening with the pandals and shining in the ray of light and electricty power, everywhere I hear the movie song which was aired by music player in the pandals, and sometimes Shehnai everyone is preparing to checkout the gifts for the married couples, the market is flooding with the customers of wedding season, the crowd in the readymade shops in the market are unbelievable as the people watching the well dress, suit, trousers with varieties of color for the married couples.

All are preparing for the enjoyment in wedding party of their relative, friends and dear ones, asking and talking about what they wore today's wedding party, which color of dress they wore, which scent they will use in the party. Everyone planning to enjoy the wedding party and I am find myself too alone in the crowd of this population and cut from this enjoyment. As because I have the only routine to get early in the office and back in the home in dark night. The workforce is much high in the office due to low attendance in the office. As office staffs take the leave for the marriage party of their relatives and their friends. I have also to attend marriage party but have no leave for me. Atleast...atleast I found it on Tuesday, not for the marriage party...this is for my personal work and I get it through request. But now today I have pending jobs in the office when I reached at the office the work in my desk still laying and I have to done it at any cost.

I have an another programme on coming Monday, how can I take a leave for that day. What will I give the reason for it? Will I get the leave? The time has been passing by thinking about it..and the days are coming nearer.

In search of programe for Sunday!

The temperature getting grows after sunrise. I was on the bed suddenly awake with a noisy voice containing ‘wake up, its 10 o’clock.’

The voice was extracted me from the bed. But there is nothing to worry about because today is my off day and I have no tension for the office. So I started the FM Radio (92.7 Big FM, aired from Asansol) and again slept on the bed but after a break I can’t concentrate on the sleep also I started the FM the songs were sounded well, so I can't concetrate again on sleep. I got up and taken a glass of water and after that have done my daily routine. I have not made any preparation for the special day, which comes once in a week.

Going throughout the day, the programme will be taken in between. The time is passing out…..lets see what happen after sunset and in cold temperature. Hope to go for a movie in Inox or in Durgapur Cinema or to hang around in modern durgapur, Big Bazaar, City Centre with friends.

A visit to Barjora after a long time

It's too long, I forget when I was last visited this place. Oh sorry, I forget to say the name of the place, its Barjora, situated in Bankura district in West Bengal. A nice place with nice people and culture. Also Bankura district is famous for its marvellous education level, which is well known to the world.

I visited Barjora few days ago. I like to visit or travel such nice places for their culture, nature and its people. I don't know when I visited last this place or when I crossed the Durgapur Barrage (on Damoder River). Oh forget Durgapur Barrage is one of the most attractions of tourist who came to travel in Durgapur. Also Durgapur barrage connect the Bankura district with Durgapur, its only one route.

Durgapur Barrage is one of the most tourist attraction also you can enjoy fishing by accompanying the experienced fisherman. See the water force when the water comes from lock-gates of bridge, its amazing. I like it especially in rainy season when the flow of water is really looking amazing. I have remember my school days when I come often at this place in early morning to see the various kind of birds, hearing there beautiful sweet voices and also welcoming the sunrise. Boating and fishing facilities also available here on demand. hey...again forget....its also a hot spot for picnic specially on the christmas & new year.
